The O. B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation is accepting applications for its 2025 Law School Scholarship, which supports Rivers State indigenes pursuing legal education at the Nigerian Law School. The scholarship provides ₦120,000.00 and a brand-new laptop, ensuring recipients have the resources to excel in their legal studies. Special consideration is given to Kalabari indigenes with Second Class Lower degrees, emphasizing the foundation’s commitment to fostering academic growth within the state. ₦120,000.00 to support educational expenses, a brand-new laptop to aid academic work and research.

Who can Apply for the O. B. Lulu-Briggs Foundation Law Scholarship?

  • Also, the applicants must ensure they meet the following eligibility criteria:
    Applicants must be indigenes of Rivers State.
  • Must have graduated with a law degree from a Federal or State university.
  • Must have gained admission into the Nigerian Law School.
  • Must hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
  • Kalabari-origin applicants with a Second Class Lower degree will also be considered.

How are Applicants Selected?

  • Academic excellence, as demonstrated by the applicant’s degree class.
  • Verification of Rivers State origin.
  • Preference for Kalabari applicants with a Second Class Lower degree.
