The Aziz Foundation Masters Scholarships 2025 is a distinguished program that provides qualified British Muslims studying for master’s degrees in the UK with 100% tuition price assistance. The goal of this program is to empower people who are enthusiastic about social change, effective advocacy, and community development. It helps people progress in industries like the arts, law, media, policy, sports, technology, and sustainability and is intended to develop leaders and innovators.
When is the Application Deadline?
- Cycle 1: January 13, 2025 (opens) – April 4, 2025 (closes).
- Cycle 2: April 8, 2025 (opens) – June 20, 2025 (closes).
We invite applications from people who are dedicated to:
- Effective Advocacy and Enhancing Public Perception – facilitating better representation and contribution of Muslims to civil society to combat Islamophobia and positively transform perceptions of British Muslims
- Community Service and Social Development – raising the aspirations and standards within British Muslim communities
The aim is to support emerging leaders who are highly committed to the community and demonstrate that they can lead and inspire in their respective fields.
Please note that the scholarships are only open to those who qualify for Home Fees status in the UK, and applications from international students will therefore not be considered.

- Media & Journalism (open year-round)
- Sports
- Sustainability/Environment
- Technology
- Philanthropy & Grant-making
Exclusions: Science, health policy, and mathematics courses.

Who Can Apply for the British Aziz Foundation Fully Funded Scholarship?
British Muslims who:
- Qualify for Home Fees status in the UK.
- Are active in their Muslim community and demonstrate an understanding of issues affecting British Muslims.
- Show financial need (Zakat eligibility).
- Have relevant experience and a clear vision for community impact.
How are Applicants Selected?
- Online application submission with details about education, financial background, and experience.
- Statement of up to 1,000 words addressing the Foundation’s criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates attend interviews exploring their vision, challenges, and financial barriers.
- Some candidates may face a second interview for quality assurance.
