The University of Sheffield’s Faculty of Engineering has announced the Engineering Excellence Scholarship 2025, worth £3,000, for international fee-status students commencing their undergraduate degree in September 2025.
“The scholarship will be awarded to overseas fee status undergraduate students who exceed the academic conditions of our standard UCAS offer. Candidates who attain A level grades of A*AA or above (or the equivalent qualification in your country) will receive the Excellence Scholarship,” reads the official statement.
Eligibility Criteria For Engineering Excellence Scholarship 2025
The following are the eligibility criteria:
- The applicants must make the University of Sheffield their first choice while filling out the UCAS application form for entry in 2025.
- They must be classed as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
- Should be an undergraduate student.
- They must be taking all prerequisite subjects for the selected degree.
Engineering Excellence Scholarship 2025: More Details
If the applicant is eligible, they will get the scholarship as a cash bursary at the beginning of the course. The Engineering Excellence Scholarship amount will depend on the student’s academic achievements. £3,000 for A*A*A*, £2,000 for A*A*A, and £1,000 for A*A A.
